Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Generally, in-stock items can be sent within 7 business days from the date of order while customized orders are processed in 3-4 weeks. Please review the Delivery Information page to determine the amount of time needed for shipping. We guarantee all of our orders to be delivered within six weeks of proof approval.

Q: Do you accept checks or money orders?

Q: I do not wish to proof my stationery order. I have seen your product and trust that it will be wonderful. Is it possible to receive my order without a proof?
A: Yes, that is possible. Just fill out the custom order agreement at the end of the order form and check off your choice in the appropriate box.

Q: It looks like certain designs are available with certain products. Is it possible to order a design not presented under the product category on the website?
A: At this point, it is not possible. If you would like to email that request, we can make a note of the designs which prove to be popular and consider expanding the product line.

Q: Can I order more of the same cards without filling out another order form? Do you keep the images on file?
A: We keep the images on file up to two years. However, we need to receive an order form and payment to begin our process. Please fill out another order form and in the area that says “special instructions” make note that it is a reorder. If possible, including a date or invoice number would expedite the process allowing your reorder to be processed more quickly.

Q: Can I request a rush order? Is there an extra fee and how long would that take?
A: Sorry, we are not accepting any rush orders at this time. A typical customized order takes between 4-6 weeks, depending on volume. Please understand that each of the orders are individually created by hand to meet your needs and thus, the minimum amount of time that is needed is at least 3 weeks to complete the designing and printing process without compromising the quality of our product.

Q: How will I receive my online proof?
A: You will receive an email containing a link to a page where you can preview your order. You will then be able to tell us whether or not changes are desired.

Q: When will I receive my online proof?
A: Proofs for orders received before 5:00 pm PST Monday through Friday will usually be available within 2 business days. Proofs for orders received after 5:00pm or on the weekend will usually be available within 3 business days. Proofs may occasionally be delayed due to special requests or if we are experiencing an unusually high volume of special orders.

Q: I live in Canada. What will my exact amount be in US dollars?
A: All Mackie Mack prices are in US dollars. Your purchase in US dollars will automatically be converted to Canadian dollars by your financial institution at the current exchange rate if you are paying by credit card. If you are paying with check or money order, please consult your bank on the exchange rate at the time of sale.

Q: Can you customize the body size and height if necessary?
A: Yes, we can customize the size and height of any character because each design is individually created. Please make a note of your special requests under “special instructions” on the order form. You will definitely want to order a proof if you are requesting any special orders.

Q: Can you create all types and breeds of dogs?
A: We will do the best that we can to recreate your dog in the design. Fill out the breed and coloring of the dog in the "specific requests" box under the customization section. You may also want to send a photo by email or mail. Please keep your descriptions as simple as possible.

Q: Can I order 30 customized cards instead of 50?
A: Sorry, our minimum for custom orders is 50 cards. If you only want 30 cards, try looking for a design offered in packs of 10 cards and order 3 packs. Remember you can personalize with your name any in-stock card design for $5.00 extra per 10 cards.
