We want you to be completely satisfied
with the product that you purchased and are confident that
you will be pleased with the quality and uniqueness of your
selected item. We hope that our wide variety of designs and
proof service for customized orders will help ensure your
satisfaction.
The variety of in-stock stationery, tote bags and clothing
items will be sent to you as you viewed on the website. Please
make sure that you have spelled the name you want personalized
on your product clearly and carefully and mark the appropriate
boxes on the order form.
We offer an online proof service for all customized orders
in order to create the image you desire. You will be able
to review and approve your stationery and/or canvas design
in a black and white ink drawing form before we go to print.
You will be able to select that option on the order form.
Proofs will usually be available within 3 business days and
may occasionally be delayed if we are experiencing a high
volume of special orders. Your proof will be sent to you via
email containing a link to a page where you can see it online.
After you preview your order, you can either request changes
or tell us to proceed with the printing. The colors that you
requested will be added to your final cards. Sorry, we do
not offer “pre-purchase” previews.
